Dear Esther,
It was I who made the comment about voluteers not being easily sacked. I agree it was an excellent evening and I was amazed that for some reason the trophy was placed in my hands. Very embarrassing as most volunteers I know never have any share of the limelight. I am indebted to all those who have worked alongside me over the years and I recognise that many others in Wrral do at least as much as myself to help others.

P.P.S Try typing “RESTRICTED – MANAGEMENT” into google lots and lots of government restricted documents on the WEB then! Probably boring stuff but what about procedure?

P.S Try typing “Data Security” into the VOA web site search. The first document has apparently got a security marking of “RESTRICTED – MANAGEMENT” need I say more!

The Valuation Office has turned from a professional well managed organisation into an incompetent bunch of twits. One can only imagine how the VOA’s CEO has achieved this. I don’t see how anyone could have done more to undermine the UK than the VOA. One has to wonder who the VOA CEO are working for? I know who they should not be working for.

my old boss used to make a good living out of backhanders from consultants, its easy just pay people to tell you what you all ready know. You have to give them the information to compile the report which you read and then agree to because its what you had in mind already and told them thats what you want
